Full & Partial Dentures
Losing a tooth as an adult can have devastating, life-altering effects.
When teeth are missing, the structure of your mouth is compromised, making you look older, which in turn detracts from your confidence. Missing teeth also interfere with your ability to eat and chew with ease.
Dentures offer improved function and esthetics by replacing teeth that have been lost or damaged beyond repair. Updated dentures placed at Brazos Dental Associates address the signs of aging and return your smile to its former strength and beauty.
Our Custom Dentures Enhance Your Smile
Until recently, there wasn’t a lot of creativity or originality involved in making dentures; they were pretty much "one size fits all." But today, we work with the top dental labs in the area to create dentures that allow you to eat and speak comfortably and help you look good doing it.
With skill and attention to detail, Dr. Richard Rychetsky carefully customizes your new dentures to enhance the shape of your face, your skin tone, and even the color of your eyes. We encourage you to be part of the process because it helps us learn what’s important to you. Our job isn’t finished until we know you’re completely satisfied with the results.
Denture Options to Fit Your Needs
Partial Dentures: We are pleased to offer our patients traditional removable partials. In addition, we may also be able to customize your partial to attach securely to a dental implant. These options allow us to meet each individual’s unique needs and desires. A consultation and examination with Dr. Rychetsky provides the information we need to decide which of these treatment options is most appropriate in your case.
Full or Partial Traditional Dentures: Traditional full or partial dentures are artificial teeth worn over your gums to replace lost teeth. Dentures placed at Brazos Dental Associates are fabricated to the exact measurements of your mouth so that they form a comfortable, secure seal with the gums. Even though traditional dentures are removable, we do everything possible to make sure that they won’t shift or come loose while eating, speaking, or laughing.
Full Implant-Supported Dentures: An implant-supported denture is secured in your mouth by a number of dental implants. Dental implants are surgically placed in the jaw and allowed to fuse with surrounding bone and tissue. The dentures are attached to abutments that extend from the implants. This system offers the most comfortable and secure fit possible with dentures.
We choose to work with only the highest quality dental labs to ensure results that exceed your expectations. Using the specifications we send to the lab, a trained and experienced denture technician individually places the new artificial teeth, one by one, in an acrylic base. We think you’ll be thrilled with the results we can achieve when dentures are fabricated to your exact needs!
